Content Operations
Last updated: July 4, 2026
Once your service is live, content keeps piling up. For a clothing store, you can end up with hundreds of products, and filtering out just the sold-out ones or finding a product you need to take down in a hurry becomes part of your daily work.
The pages in the Content Operations group bring together the everyday work of handling content that has already piled up, right in the content studio. What content is and how to create it is covered in Creating and Publishing Content; here, the focus is on finding, organizing, and managing what you have already created.
Pages in this group
- Finding the content you need: Use search, filters, and sorting to pick out just what you need right now from among hundreds of content items. Save the conditions you use often and reuse them.
- Publishing Operations: Edit what you have published, take something down in a hurry, archive what is out of season, and delete only what is safe to delete. This is where the difference between deleting and archiving is settled.
