When you run an online clothing store with teammates instead of on your own, the work of organizing the products you have already made, and talking about them together, grows just as much as the work of making products. That happens when you want to gather all your best-selling products in one place, or when you want to ask a teammate for their opinion on a product's price.

The pages in the collaboration group bring together tools for working on content you have already made, together. They include labels that group products and photos across categories, and notes that teammates in the same workspace (Space) leave for each other. How to create and publish a product for the first time is covered in Authoring and Publishing Content.

Pages in this group

  • Tag: A label you attach to products and photos. Once you create a label like "Best Sellers", you can gather or filter just the items that carry it, in one step, across Content Types (the templates).
  • Comments: Notes that team members leave on products, photos, and templates for each other. You carry on a discussion through comments and replies, and it stays internal: visitors to your external storefront cannot see it.
