# Overview

Your content and your team are not the only things that grow. As you run a clothing store, there comes a day when you need to add a new "Sale price" field to your product form, and a day when the structure you first set up no longer fits a service that has grown.

The pages in the Workspace Operations group bring together **the work of adjusting your service's backbone (its forms and structure) while it is live**. Because these are changes you make when content has already piled up, they call for different care than when you first set things up. How to design a form (*Content Type*) from scratch is covered in [Content Modeling](/getting-started/core-concepts/content/content-modeling.md).

## Pages in this group {#pages-in-this-group}

- [Changing forms on a live service](/operations/workspace/changing-content-types.md): What happens to your existing content when you add or remove *Field*s on a *Content Type* that already holds content, and the safe order for making the change.
- [Keeping an eye on usage and limits](/operations/workspace/watching-usage.md): Check the number of resources and the amount of data transferred on the usage screen, and see what happens when you reach your plan's limits.
